Is it easy to switch to Zelo from my current solution?
Yes! Switching to Zelo is an easy endeavour thanks to our Onboarding team. Via our Onboarding Service we help you set up templates that you're using today in Zelo, import recipients and connect to relevant channels & services.
What counts as a distribution?
A distribution in Zelo is a unique message, comms or landing page that you send to your audience. The distribution counts when it is sent, meaning you are able to create and draft unlimited messages on each tier.
How can I buy your software?
We offer a 14 day trial for all new clients on our Starter, Standard and Premium Plans. For Enterprise Plans we offer a Success Project (POC) with our Onboarding Team to collect analytics and help set initial action points on engagement.
How long are your contracts?
Starter, Standard and Premium Plans can be month-to-month or annual while all Enterprise contracts are annual. For larger enterprises we offer 2-3 month Success Projects to evaluate Zelo, collect important business analytics and set specific action points before an invitation to bid. This ensures better decision quality regarding the desired outcome of the purchase.
Are there any discounts available?
Our Pricing Model is per recipient and we can offer custom quotes on larger enterprise deals and integrations as well as terms that are on a one year or longer basis.
