The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was enforced by the EU Parliament in May 2018. A regulation designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe, protect and empower data privacy for all EU citizens and reshape the way organizations across the region approach data privacy. All companies needed to change their procedures and those who were not compliant could face heavy fines.
To meet the new GDPR requirements, employees needed to learn how to store, handle and process data received. We prepared and implemented a full onboarding process for our customer, Econa. The content included videos, surveys, and text, making sure all their representatives know how the new regulations will impact their way of working and how to ensure data privacy.
The mandatory course has been distributed to over 600 employees and organization representatives.
